On a lovely sunny morning one GoodGymer, and many other local volunteers, arrived at the Lochaber Hall Community Centre. We were all there to support a wonderful task, helping the All Alboard Club to set up a big train set for children to play with in an ADHD and Autism safe play session!

An extra bit of cardio was required right at the start, as several crash mats and a deflated bouncy castle had been left in the middle of the hall, which had to be rolled up and pushed to the back out of the way. Once that was done, we cracked on with the train track design, throwing in as many crossings, bridges and tunnels as possible to keep it interesting!

After an hour of track building the children started to arrive and have a great time picking out their trains and exploring the network we had built. Well done everyone on a job well done!
