This afternoon I visited Ms W in her care home. She is always happy to have visitors and she tells me how she enjoys our little chats. This time, I was looking in one of the drawers for her photo albums - we like looking through them -and found a newspaper clipping, presumably from the Maidenhead Advertiser. Ms W used to work for the local newspaper. In this clipping, there was a photo of a comedian and Ms W, they were officially opening a charity and an article about it... So there she was, a local celebrity! Only she couldn't remember the occasion, but that's totally irrelevant... now we know . 😊
