I am a L3 Personal Trainer and a 200hr qualified yoga teacher. I am passionate about encouraging people to get up and move - whether that is with a running club to get non runners from 0-10k or with weekly bootcamp sessions with attendees ranging from new mums, occasional exercises or those just needing to carve out some time for themselves. I believe that any movement is positive and whatever you do to improve your health will pay dividends in the future. Being able to pair this with helping out in the local community is an amazing opportunity that should not be missed.
