Meliza completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Meliza was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Meliza Zulma Villanueva Nuevo has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Meliza is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Last night, the weekly Achilles International crew met up at Stratford Underground station (Westfield exit) for a smashing group run in the light! Such a difference compared to our usual night time runs in Winter!
Andrew and Mario the guide dog returned for a easy paced walk and jog after a super impressive performance at the London Marathon on the weekend.
New guide Meliza ran with Mark Colby for a loop of Waterden Park. Luc did some excellent running with Mark D (after running Manchester Marathon two weeks ago- great job!). Dan ran with Mark N and newish guide runner Charlotte for laps around West Ham stadium. And Peter did a stellar job co-guiding Tom D with Rob on his first session in Stratford.
Wonderful running everyone! We will be back at the following location next week!
