Laura Waller earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Laura completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Laura was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

I think Laura must have been missed on the cape front previously - Laura’s a community mission pro, definitely not your first but enjoy cape wearing nonetheless!
