Having studied with Shaolin Monks in Central China and having been disciplined both in mind and body, I wish to bring some of these qualities into my personal training sessions, offering mindfulness and meditation practices for beginners. Additionally offering vegetarian and vegan nutrition plans for clients with a desire to begin a healthier lifestyle. I am also a R-EYT 200 hour certified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa and Hatha classes primarily, as well as Yin and restorative classes. I've completed the World's highest Ultra marathon in The Himalayas, completed The Wall 69 mile ultra and various other marathons across both China and the UK. Mixing my running ability with compassion for others is something I feel that I am obliged to do if it can bring benefit to others.
