Despite the title, the Zurich team and me actually had an amazing time going around Swindon. The started with us just finding random cigarette butts and sweet wrappers, I was starting to think Swindon has almost no litter (which is amazing), but as we got closer to the residential areas, we started to find bigger heaps of trash everywhere. We're talking massive bottles, sandwich packets, cardboard scraps and even huge chucks of container plastic.

It's often hard to believe that a group of people would enjoy litter picking, but that's exactly what happened. Everyone got stuck into the task and were proactively trying their best to find any litter around whilst engaging in regular conversation. It was my first time out in Swindon but the Zurich team made it very enjoyable. This was a great way to celebrate World Environment Day.
