Ayako has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Ayako is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Ayako earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥳

Ayako earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Ayako completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Ayako was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Three Goodgymers, Stefanie, Ayako and Africa joined forces to help in the food distribution with Rhythms of Life. We came from different places, some more local the other but it was an amazing experience, especially for Stefanie and Ayako, because it was their first task in Goodgym.
When the van arrives full of boxes of food, we quickly unload the boxes, set up the tables and we start to distribute the food within an hour maximum.
We said goodbye to each other and vanished into the crowd, the lights and the string wind of the evening.

Oh that's a shame, I won't be here unfortunately. But the Rhythm of Life thing is every Tuesday still?
