Public realm street greening projects

Since the group was established, volunteers have transformed neglected spaces across the neighbourhood. We have created pavement gardens, planted daffodils in tree pits and planters on five streets, restored council flower beds that had fallen into neglect and established an Apple Orchard, Wildflower Garden, Woodland Garden and Rain Garden on the Brockwell Park Estate. Each project has helped increase biodiversity while making local streets more attractive and welcoming.
