This is a run/walk/cycle to find as many signs/places (sculptures, street names, parks etc) that celebrate women's achievement in your area. You might need to do some research but get out there for your daily exercise to find signs of notable women that do or did good in your area and show your support for gender equality.

Please send me the photos of your finds with a little explanation. A selfie of your lovely self is also welcome:)

Such a lovely catch-up tonight with GoodGymmers from Redbridge, just a chat on a Friday evening to finish the week, discussing being active, suspicoius leg bites, training for ultras and parkruns, reading, meditation, cycling and some ideas for March challenges to keep us moving together!
