Skip-filling at the SouthBank Club

Sun 11 Apr 12:30 pm
Southbank Centre, Dean Lane, Bristol, BS3 1DB
Helping a local community venue to reopen

The SouthBank Club is local community venue which normally thrives from dance classes and community groups using the space. We helped there a lot last year whilst they did some works on the venue and it seems like they have been busy again and want our helping hands to clear the garden (and fill a skip - all outdoors) so that is can be used seating area for beverages and refreshments.

Please note - there are some other Community Missions listed that morning so if you fancy doing a double good deed there should be enough time for you to get to this task (don't worry if you're a little late!)

Please bring your own gloves and respect social distancing at all times throughout this Community Mission.

Come digging on the farm

Sun 18 Apr 11:00 am
Bramble Farm, Stockwood Crescent, Bristol, BS4 1AN
Creating a new wildlife pond and water access points

Fancy a Sunday morning workout for your biceps? This task at the lovely Bramble Hill Farm might be just the right thing for you. We will be digging a new wildlife pond and water access points. Please bring gloves and maybe wear your second best trainers on this task as it might get a bit muddy.

The pigs and sheep will probably also demand some of our attention which should allow us to take some breaks from digging.

The farm might be a bit tricky to find if you have not been there before. Use these the what3words link to find the location: https://w3w.co/photos.margin.dive

or use: photos.margin.dive on the what3words website.

Looking forward to seeing you Sunday!
