DRIVERS, CYCLISTS AND WALKERS NEEDED! Deliver essential food for EAP across Ealing this week!

June will be there to meet you
You'll be given the confidential full address of the family to deliver to, please let them know which option you have signed up for

Navjeet completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Navjeet was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Navjeet is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Ealing
Now that's what we call a delivery
Today's community mission saw 17 amazing members of the GoodGym community come together to ensure that essential food was delivered to families all across the Ealing borough.
Here's how it went down:
- Andy took part in GoodGym for the first time and joined Alasdair as a cycling team heading to Acton
- Ski performed her GoodGym debut and delivered to a family in Northolt
- Caroline also a first timer to GoodGym made a difference with a Greenford delivery
- Phil was another member of team 'first time GoodGym' and was so flexible and helpful taking on whatever delivery he could
- Larissa, a GoodGym stalwart jumped in to help with a Horsenden drop off
- Tom teamed up with Ruth (also on her debut GoodGym session!) by bike for a Hanwell delivery
- The ever reliable team of Harvey and Marieke were on their bikes for an Acton drop off
- Navjeet got stuck in on her first GoodGym session too and was so happy to help and be involved
- Marie got in touch and wanted to help however she was needed. Big welcome to her!
- Regulars Mike and Milly proved to be a dream team and delivered to a family in Southall
- Muhammad joined for the second time and was delighted to be able to help again
- And last but not least we had Marion and Usha (also first timers) who paired up to walk together to drop off in West Ealing
Here's what Marion had to say about her experience:
Today was my very 1st GoodGym mission! Such a great thing to do! I ran to the centre where food could be picked up. I walked to the family and delivered the food parcel and ran back home. Such a good feeling to help out while exercising!!
