Reach Out to the Community Food Project

Reach out are currently providing food for people without permanent homes who are living in hotels during the pandemic.
We will help them with a range of tasks so that they can start their Thursday with a running jump.
PLEASE BRING A MASK TO THE TASK!
The task will be socially distanced and in compliance with current restrictions/ guidance. We may split mission time in half depending on interest level and space available.

Goodgym Islington presents: "Make-It-Happen March"

Set a personal goal, and we'll help you stick to it!
It has been proven that goal setting and making plans in advance can dramatically increase your chances of hitting your own personal achievements. Very few people would rock up to a marathon without any prior training (not unheard of, but also not advised!).
So Goodgym Islington are offering you the chance to publicise your personal goals over the month of March by adding them to our group calendar.
Our intention is to fill the entire month with Goodgymmers committing to their own objectives.
For example:
Monday 1st March: Simon Fitzmaurice has committed to running a half marathon on this day.
Tuesday 2nd March: Steve has planned to attempt a 10km PB on this day.
Wednesday 3rd March: Kike will be partaking in a 40km bike ride.
Thursday 4th March: Mary wants to organise a 3 hour walk with a good friend.
And continuing these plans until 31st March.
If we completely fill up the calendar, we will allow participants to log multiple commitments on the same day.
