Harriet has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Harriet is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

65 minutes of epic Running based fitness with 10 awesome GoodGymers!!
Great session this evening as we dominated some scorching paced laps of Debouvior square while combing the running with an array of body weight, running conditioning specific exercises!
A supreme effort by everyone really putting down the running speed and turning up the plyometric and strength conditioning.
Hope to see you all fir a Group run, community mission or another fitness session again soon!
