I attended Alexandra Park run as a Park Walker . It was a great start to my birthday. Unfortunately it started to drizzle then the rain came down very hard !! I was soaked . I enjoyed chatting with a 80 year old lady who likes to walk with me and chat . I also encouraged other walkers and runners . It was a good turn out for such a miserable day . Sadly there were no fellow GoodGymers at this event

I volunteered at my local School Street. It was a windy afternoon which became a wet dark afternoon. There were still children and families walking home from school

I volunteered at Alexandra Parkrun as a Park Walker. I chatted with a lady before the start who uses the jeffing technique. I might invest in a gymboss ! I was joined by an elderly woman who likes to walk with me . We chatted as we walked and encouraged the runners. It was busy with dogs and prams . It was a lovely way to start the weekend. Unfortunately there were no other Good Gymers present

My daughter was home just overnight so we went up Alexandra Park run together as Park Walkers. It was a lovely morning cold but dry . We chatted and encouraged the runners ! Unfortunately there were no other Trafford GoodGym members present.

I volunteered at my local school street with another volunteer. It was very cold but dry! Most families just walked no scooters and only a couple of cyclists. It was a pleasant session .

I volunteered at my Alexandra Park run this morning. It was a lovely morning that started with a sprinkle of rain drops. Storm Claudia hadn’t caused any problems in the park just a few twigs on the paths no fallen trees. It was a great turn outs of walkers and runners . What a fabulous start to the weekend. I volunteered again this week for an afternoon session at my local school street with another volunteer . It was very busy either way lots of adults and children on bikes. There was lots of chatter whilst children and their families were walking home from school. The day was pleasant with no rain

I volunteered at Alexandra Park run as a Park Walker. It was a beautiful morning . It was slippery underfoot due to fallen leaves. Unfortunately a man did slip but he was okay . He was embarrassed. There was a collection of runners , dogs and prams plus of course walkers . Two ladies spoke to me about the route as they were first timers st Alexandra Park. They thoroughly enjoyed their time. Sadly there were no other GoodGymers in attendance.
