This morning a group of us met up to tidy up Chorlton Park, get some fitness and have a right good chinwag!

Well done to us for making it out early on a super hot Sunday to help Wythenshawe community run go smoothly.
75 runners braved the heat and made it round safely, luckily we were stationed marshalling in the shade!

Today after a sudden change of arrangements we were able to do a group sesh at Ashton Park.
We met up at 11 and managed to complete the following:
🌸 Litter picking 🌸 Flower bed clearing 🌸 wildflower seed scattering 🌸 planting 🌸 den building
Even Freddy and Fizz managed a litter pick!
