Five Goodgymers, one hour, one lovely evening. Time spent weeding the various flower beds in the community garden to keep them weed free for the summer. Hopefully they might grow a bit now we’ve had some rain!

Alice earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Alice completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Alice was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Alice has done their first good deed with GoodGym. 🤩

GoodGym Runner
Alice has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Alice is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Seven runners helped out at The Haven to shift some wood chip and clear some brambles.
Yes it’s well hidden... at the bottom of the drive, right at the bins and through the railway tunnel’s forbidding metal gates...
... but what a lovely spot, and what a lovely sunny day!
The Haven is a community garden providing a social recovery space from addiction.
Nathalie and Alice demolished the wood chip pile and soon had it shifted to resurface a garden path.
Meanwhile, Sophie, Natashja, Deborah, Paul and Richard cleared away some brambles and weeds to make way for a new fruit and herbs woodland bed.
