Southwark

Mission

You say potato, I say tomato

3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Having met at the Southwark group run, Hanna, Issy and I set off on a short run to Nunhead to help Ms E with her garden. Alongside the lawn was some weeds that needed removing but they weren't just any old boring weeds, there were plenty of potatoes in there too and even some weird potato/tomato hybrid looking plant. After an hour we'd made the place look a lot better and filled up 6 large garden waste bags, all whilst having a good old natter, a lovely way to spend the evening.

Did you take the potatoes home or is Ms E eating them?
