Windsor Zoo

Mrs D surprised me today with yet another story that I have not heard before! She is full of lovely stories, which I am more than happy to share with you; I know she is delighted when I tell her how popular her stories are with GoodGym. She lives on the outskirts of Windsor and she tells me that nearby used to be a zoo. I've looked it up and found that indeed, what is now Legoland used to be a Safari Park. She'd found out from someone that her son and his friend, who were children at the time, used to jump over the fence and go in, wondering around. She was really worried, as lions and tigers and other wild animals were roaming freely within the enclosures, and they could have very easily become their next tasty meal!... She told him to put an end to it, or else he was going to be confined to the house indefinitely!!!
