Having welcomed first-timer Antoine, off to Urban Wild Places we travelled this evening to help Hilary continue to transform the space up near Finsbury Park.

There were quite a few little jobs to do, but many hands to do them: putting up posters around the estate, clearing assorted debris from around the court, weeding, shifting rubbish, sweeping and shovelling.

We made a massive difference to the area and even had time for a biscuit: Milk Chocolate Digestive Thin.

On the way home Simon and Kike took separate groups for assorted hill reps, stair reps, core work and various other running bits and pieces and back at base we tried to decide the night's big question: "Who has the best haircut?" It was a difficult decision, but we finally decided on a draw between Steve (best beard) and Bella (most hair).

See you next week for our Easter special,
Simon
