Hills, hills and hills.

Today the terrible two - Iain and Phil, took on Beacons Hill as well as the Newbold Mountain.

Following a little warm up, Becky led a session on how to run a hill, sounds simple but actually can be quite technical. And with a few tips, arms, hips, head, knees, feet, both GoodGymers were flying up and down the hills and able to speak at the end too.

So to test this ability Beacon Hill became the final challenge of the day. Including running and walking to see the difference.

It seems Phil is a little too keen as he asked for the extra hill to be thrown in.
