What a great start to a lovely day started with a run from my favourite place Throop Mill on the River Stour from there i headed to Castle Point and to Boots where i collected Mrs Ts prescription after collecting i headed to Mrs Ts where she was so happy and greatfull for the delivery we chatted for a short while social distancing of course. We said our good byes and i desided to get a Longer route back 5.5K later i arrived back .With a big simle on my face as this is so rewarding to see the peoples happy faces when i arrive with there Prescription .
