We wish you a Goodgym Christmas!

Seven super savvy singers made their way to Tall Trees Care Home for some Christmas Carolling on an extra Goodgym Community Mission in Colchester!

Whilst Emily led on the piano, the merry bunch sang their hearts out in order to bring some Christmas cheer to the residents. We had a range of reactions from some joining in with playing percussion and singing, to some doing laps through the dining room, and to others leaving shortly after the singing started. Erm..

All the participants; Ian, Mrs B, Sue, Catherine, Katherine, Tav and Ella did a fantastic job of truly entering into the spirit of the event with a combination of singing, miming, percussion playing and interpretive dance. Emily was incredibly impressed with their enthusiasm and musicality!
