A nice hilly 7k run took me to a new part of London that I haven't been to before, Bellingham.
On arrival Ms I wasn't home but after a 10 minute wait she arrived (presumably being picked up from hospital). She was surprised see me, but nevertheless she had a shopping list ready for me.
Sainsbury's HYPER market was today's shop. I had a straight forward shop and got all the items with ease. Paid, walked to Ms I, handed over her shopping and it was another hilly 7k back.
