We’ll be coming round the mountain.

On Saturday the 14th of December Ben and Nina ran over to Cynthia’s house to put up a new door bell for her.

A quick knock on the window and Ben and Nina were met by a very chatty Cynthia, and her 4 lovely cats. Old bell now off, and on to working out a way to get the replacement on, a minor delay whilst Ben and Nina search for the screw that they lost, and they were back on track.

Now the vital selection of the bell tune, and a dance. Big Ben - no. Ding dong - no. Dog bark - no. Cynthia finally settled on ‘we’ll be coming round the mountain’. New chime chosen and there was time for a chat. Cynthia telling many entertaining stories of her years working abroad and her wild champagne days.

Time for Ben and Nina to run back home for some food. All round a great morning, and a very happy Cynthia who said she felt a lot safer in her home already.
