Neil, Tim and I met for our task to move some furniture to allow Mr A to live in his flat more easily. We were able to move an armchair then moved onto the sofa. Unfortunately, this was a large sofa that we just couldn't get through the doorway and so were unable therefore to move the bed. We extended our apologies for not being able to complete the task and Mr A's partner planned to seek some advice and reinforcement from the person who helped to get the sofa into the room originally.
