An excellent eight ran 5km to do a good deed.

Great to see the gang back, keen as ever this week. Looked like most people had had a tough day at work, so this run was a perfect solution!

We dashed off for 3km down to the sea then up a lovely long hill and along a deviated route to St Swithuns road.

We were expecting to be great by the lovely Mark, but he was notably absent. The group got down and planky on the grass then ran some fitness drills whilst I tracked down our man.

We were then tasked with more shed clearance. Some weird, wonderful and grotty items to be cleared out. Glad I brought the gloves! The human chain excelled itself and soon we had a yard sale set up on our hands. Best item? The porcelain item with a questionable brown mass within, less said the better probably!

We sorted, cleared and returned - ensuring Mark was set up for his next feat of transferrring the hoarded bits to a new home.

Hope Housing is an amazing charity and it's great to lend them a hand.

We dashed home to Flirt where we quickly got on the drinks and food ordering. We had celebrating to do. Carrot Man aka Daryl reached a whopping 50 good deeds today - amazing!!!!!

Next week we have a long-over due litter pick :)

See you then!!!
