Ms F had spent the morning in hospital having her eye treated, so she needed a bit of support with her shopping. When I arrived at her flat to collect her shopping list, I was greeted with 5 flights of stairs or a lift to get up to her floor - I decided to pick the healthy option and take the stairs. At the top, Ms F welcomed me into her home and explained her shopping list to me. The main item she needed desperately was a 6 pack of bottled water since she doesn’t drink the tap water in her flat. After being shown a couple of items to make sure I got the right things, I headed to Waitrose.

The shop itself was pretty uneventful - the main event ended up being the climb back up to Ms F’s flat with the 6 bottles of water. I opted for the stairs again (channeling my best β€œdo good, get fit”) and was greeted by a very impressed Ms F at the top.

I carried the items into her kitchen and was on my way again after a quick chat. It was a delight to meet Ms F, I was very happy to be able to help her ☺️
