Good Evening Goodgymmers! Today's super speedy mission involved 4 of us runners (Leo, Victoria, Oli and Me) wandering over to Ms L's house to help her get rid of some of her items in her back yard.

Given that there was a slide, a fridge freezer and a washing machine to move through the house, we were done in about 15 minutes. We arranged it in a convenient way outside, and off we went into the sweltering heat to continue to melt!
