Did my regular shift as part of Slough CVS #OneSlough Hi-Vis army. My usual role of car park runner was extra busy as we were running the red (national bookings) and green (GP bookings) simultaneously and had all 3 car parks operating at one point. Still at least I clocked up 28287 steps (23200 during my shift) which meant I could enjoy a couple of the celebrations chocolates kindly donated by the relative of one of the patients.
