5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Bristol.

This morning we were over in St Paul's for mattress moving fun, with new recruit - Matt!
After enjoying the glorious sunshine for a little while, the van arrived, the church was unlocked and our work began. We finished quickly (but this location does have steps to navigate) and had time for a smiley photo in front of the pile of mattresses before we headed off to other missions, runs and sun related fun.
