As ever with Sheffield missions, the team battled several hills on the way to the mission but once arrived, got stuck in straight away. We were asked to prioritise a very overgrown lawn, weed two raised beds and the front garden.

Before James could even begin to mow the lawn, it was clear he was going to have to strim down the the worst of it so he set about this whilst Helen and Kim took a bed each, throwing all the weeds into a very helpful miniature tin bath. Once James had got the worst of the grass cut, we gathered up all the grass that the mower hadn't quite managed to catch.

With the back garden looking decidedly better, we moved to the front which just needed a little weeding. After some stubborn pulling, twisting, scraping and interference from a talking crocodile cookie jar, the worst of the job seemed to be done. All that remained to be done was collect up all the rubbish and leave in a neat spot.

We wrapped up by saying our goodbyes and failing to get "after shots", but apart from that, a fully successful mission that means the family can spend time outside a little easier this summer.
