“U CAN’T TOUCH THIS”

15 "runners" and 2 dogs joined us for a night of music and our weekly catch up.

We started with a "beat the intro" music quiz - with all songs on the theme of Corona virus. From "Don't stand so close to me", via "U can't touch this", to "When will I see you again". Won by Steve & Zof with an impressive score of 26 - their prize of a pint & a packet of crisps awaits them at The Showroom, when we're eventually let back in.

Then it was on to the main event - a quick set to get us dancing from DJ Woj. Laser's flashing behind him, he treated us to some Polish Jungle Garage (at least I think that's what it was), followed by a classic from Saturday Night Fever. Many thanks Chris.

Our chat afterwards involved a discussion of Zoom backgrounds, with Mike giving us a Masterclass - telling us how we can all have Steve & Zof in our living rooms and, more importantly, why you should always check your background before joining a new Zoom meeting ...
