Finally Age UK gave the go ahead for me to meet with my Buddy JJ. There were certain conditions attached to that permission so armed with a face mask, hand gel and my double stamped vaccination card I set off. I decided to treat it as if it were an official coach visit and ran 5K to JJ’s house where we had a lovely visit. It was so much easier talking face to face rather than over the phone. We had a nice cup of tea together and put the world to rights making each other laugh as we always do.
