Two GoodGymmers went to mow a lawn for Mr C, but unfortunately it was so wet, that we had to change our plans. Mr C can no longer manage his garden, so needed help getting it under control. Georgeta and Sheila set to work cutting back the brambles along the front wall, and then moved on to tidying up the hedge and clearing the path along the side of the house. We filled two hippo bags full of green waste, and loaded them into Mr C's car ready for him to take to the tip. Mr C was absolutely delightful, and so appreciative of our efforts, it was such a pleasure to be able to help him out. We are hoping for some drier weather so we can go back and do his grass as promised, and also start to tackle the back garden.
