Tonight saw 16 of us run to Mayflower estate in West Kensington to help turnover a communal flower bed to get it ready for planting in Spring, as well as to hack back some very over-grown shrubbery that was taking over the pavement! For quite a while there were only legs on show as the greenery was winning, but soon we beat the greenery and freed up the pavement!

A big high-five to our 3 first-time runners: Anna, Mel and Zak. And lovely to share a mild, dry evening's run with all 16 of you!

We split into 2 teams for our run back to base - Will led the 'fast group' on a longer leg and I led the calmer jog home! Another evening of great work completed - well done all!

See you all next week. Anna
