Turkey leftovers?

It was M’s birthday Boxing Day and I called her to check how she’s getting on and if she’s been discharged from hospital yet. Unfortunately she still is in hospital and the ward can’t have visitors, so her days are feeling endless. She really didn’t sound herself today, but nevertheless thanked me repeatedly for calling and asked me to send her love to my mum. Legend.
