Clare and David just about found their way to this mission in Southwark in the beautiful evening sunshine. Greeted by Mr H and his Daughter they were given the task of lawns to cut and weeds to clear from paving.

Mowing and weeding duties were shared whilst Mr H gave a little help sweeping up some of the cuttings. Raking out lots of brick paving provided an unusual acoustic accompaniment supplemented by a specially designed steel brush.

Once all the lawn and paving were trimmed and cleared Mr H and his Daughter insisted on providing some hospitality. Masala spiced tea and coffee was a lovely reviver after the work was finished. The GoodGym ethos was explained and applauded and the runners were showered in thanks. A happy experience for all present.
