4 GoodGymers ran for an hour to carry 33 Christmas trees from blocking the pavements to the recycling drop off point

A great workout for all!! some strong running to get up close to the recycling depot before we got our functional fitness going carrying, dragging and stacking the Christmas trees!

Great to have GG first timer Rupert along for his first Good deed and well and Sooz for her first GG run in a while and Jen who has kicked off 2024 very strong!!

With loads of trees out on the pavements making pedestrian access difficult as well as buggy and wheelchair almost impossible in places it was great to clear a path along one of Hackney and Islington's main pedestrian routes.

Some very strong effort working up a proper sweat in lets say cool conditions certainly boosted the groups all round fitness!!
