To do the half or not do the half, that is the question!

3 Goodgymers braved the cold northerly wind at Stratford-Upon-Avon parkrun this morning to support Raceways and Marathon Kids with promoting their upcoming running events - in particular the Leamington Half Marathon.

After a friendly welcome from the Race Director, we positioned our signs near the token scanners in order to get the best possible footfall.

Having done the same task for the past 2 weekends at other parkruns, we now had our patter down to a tee. There was quite a bit of interest in the race with lots of leaflets handed out and quite a few people who had already signed up :-)

Fingers crossed the event can get some more people signed up to make it a repeat of the great success it was last year.
