Elizabeth and Simon braved the winter and cold to volunteer at Catton Park. Both of us were timekeepers, which is a great place to see all the different styles of getting over the finish line and many facial expressions as well! Even waiting for those who take a little longer to get round, the sense of achievement is so wonderful to see and we all give an extra special well done to them. 419 battled the windy conditions with no advantage anywhere on the course as it blew every which way. Our GoodGym family were out in force to celebrate Robert's 50th Parkrun and he almost got a PB too, only 5 seconds off!

Catton are short on volunteers over the next few weeks, so give it a go if you are able. You won't be disappointed but do wrap up warm.
