After loosing the brass handle for the outside tap at St Mary’s church last night , a second search before work this morning proved futile but bit a third attempt at lunchtime revealed the brass tap handle/key camouflaged under similarly sized brown and gold leaves.

So accessing the water was easy, mole grips unnecessary, and watering the wild-flower beds and around the war memorial was straightforward and easy to combine with a bit of litter picking.
