Think ink

Ms R needed some help getting her Epson printer working again. I frequently have trouble with my own printer so can understand her frustration!

After confirming that while printer connection was good, the ‘test page’ was coming out blank, we helped to establish that the issue was probably to do with the ink. I replaced the cartridges, and then it did print something, but was very blurry, so was probably also an alignment error! After a few rounds of calibrating the nozzle & print head, we won victory over the Epson robot once more. Ms R was very pleased, and we finished by going through together how she can print her emails, and how to type word documents and print those if she needed to write letters. I was also happy to have been watched over the whole time by her very beautiful black & white cat.
