My coach recently had some post delivered from her old home to her care home where she moved to 6 months ago. There was a card from an old friend. She asked me to write a card in reply to her friend which would update her on her address at the care home and her phone number so that she could call for a chat to catch up. Because of her deteriorating eyesight, my coach is unable to do this for herself so she really appreciated it.
