I visited Ms W this afternoon, I found her a little less engaging than the previous visits and she'd also had a trip to the hospital during the week. Nevertheless, we've managed a little bit of a laugh. Her window was open and I kept hearing this noise and looking out to see if it'd started raining... It turned out it was a water feature in the courtyard which has been turned on and that's what I was hearing. I asked Ms W if she didn't mind the noise, she said it made her want to pee!... I'm not surprised šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤ Other than that, I took some cake I'd saved for her from my 250th GG celebration. I told her it was baked by Rachel, who she remembers, as Rachel came to see her on her birthday earlier this year. Ms W enjoyed a little bit of the yummy carrot cake, and that was nice to see. I hope she'll feel better soon.
