6 volunteers arrived for the 6th session of clearing the orchard at Wildcat Wilderness on what was probably the most beautiful evening of the year so far. Lots more digging and clearing, but it's getting a little more interesting now, with some dodgy old carpet that needs removing and another metal pipe which seems to have no end and has been there so long a HUGE root has grown over it. This is just the sort of task that we like though, and no doubt we will have the carpet, pipe and root removed in the next couple of sessions - so sign up for the next session to help!
