The long and short of it all

Mrs H has been someone that I’ve been making wellbeing calls to for over a year and she needed some help in reading some important letters as she’s partially blind and the letters were all in normal print (plus the tiny t’c and c’s!)

I read it all out for her and by the end she was happy with it all
