The HIGH 5 Challenge 🖐
5 runners ran 5.0km on a training session in Liverpool.

By sweet coincidence, the HIGH 5 Challenge was taken on by 5 GoodGymers.
The challenge was to complete the following:
Run or walk 5km (this can be over multiple sessions if you prefer);
Complete the following short fitness session: 5 x star jumps, 5 x squats, 1 x 20 second plank. Repeat 5 times;
Send a friendly message to 5 friends (this should include at least one of your GG pals);
Spend 5 minutes outside simply standing (or sitting) still. Breath deeply and simply listen to the sounds around you;
If you can afford to, make a donation of £5 to a local charity. Alternatively, donate 5 previously loved items to a charity shop or donate 5 items to a foodbank.
While everyone didn't quite complete every part of the challenge, they all gave it a good go and got something different out of it.
Dionne said: I have caught up with 8 people and also done 2 separate shops for 2 separate food bank charities.
Yan said: Thank you so much for these Monday fitness sessions and challenges. They have added lots of joy and fitness to my days during these difficult times.
Pauline said: I enjoyed my 5 minute sit and listen in one of my favourite places, on Runcorn Hill.
Jo said: I had a five minute quiet sit down this morning in the park while Toby (the dog) happily played in the leaves and have messaged 5 friends including an old schoolfriend with whom I've now fixed up to play online scrabble.
