Well it was a miserable afternoon and the rain kept coming close to our start time. As I waited on my own I was greeted by 3 Goodgym'ers Eileen, Sarah and Susan After our warm up we headed out on a 3.5K run up to Welling then looping back towards our good deed for the evening at Danson Youth Centre. It was the second half of the Astro Turf Clean Up. We battled hard, but finally took the win, filling several black rubble bags with weeds, moss and rubbish. After admiring our great work and a massive high five we headed back to Goodgym Bexley's base camp for our cool down and stretch session. Ladies, you absolutely smashed it!!!!!

Next week we are heading out to help out an amazing local charity Greenwich and Bexley Hospice it's going to be a great evening of running and the most amazing good deed. See you all next Monday............
