A small but perfectly formed group of 3 lovely Goodgym members and one local resident were back at the Sherborne community garden this evening to help with the ongoing gardening project.

Claire had a walk to the task and Nicola & Karen cycled. It was a lovely evening for it despite some threatening black clouds!

Tonight we were tasked with either painting or weeding. With the black clouds ahead, we opted for the weeding as we didn't want puddles of paint on the paving! We hoed, we scraped, we pulled and we brushed. It was a lovely evening of chatter and tidying and needless to say, nothing transpired with the black clouds - it was a Goodgym night after all!

It's lovely to be involved in a local project that we can see is really benefiting the community.

We'll be back again next week and hopefully the rain will keep at bay and enable us to get the painting done.

Oh and we discovered from the lovely Karen that today is world chocolate day! She even treated us each to a bar of yummy chocolate!!! Thank You Karen - you're my new favourite person! ;-)

Well done team. Amazing job as always.
